Wow! I need around 100k: JUST FOR eating in a day. This happens everyday,
well it took me awhile to noticed. here is the thing, I never realized this cause my mom always gives me tons of prepared meat every Sunday for one week. Tons of it, half kilos of almond nuts, omega 3 suplement that I take 3 daily. but in one week Mom forgot to send me those Prepared meat
So I take notes for what I'm buying in market then I get this results:
half kilos of almonds cost 60k, it took me 6 days to consume this.
money spend in almond for a day: 10k
omega 3, 300k/ bottle for a month
money spend in omega 3 for a day: 10k
dark chocolate (85% and up) + Black - black, I spend around 60k a week for this stuff. It's like a treat to me. i love these.
money spend in treats a day : 10k
Well I eat 5 - 6 times a day
Here is my list:
for a day i need 200g chicken breast = 10k
then 200k of beef / shrimp = 13k
half kilos of egg = 7k
For vegetables and fruits >> this cost lots
well around 25k a day:
the detail:
spinach (organik) = 10k
papaya / orange / watermelon = 10k
another 5k for oatmeal, yams, potato
every 3 days I eat Salmon sashimi 150gr = 35k
average spend for salmon a day 5k, when I eat salmon I usually didn't eat shrimp, beef or pork.
Oh ya. Skim Milk, a liter for a day cost around 20k
Now lets calculate this:
supplement and treats = 30k
main course = 60k
Milk = 20k
total money spent a day = 110k
not mention on my cheating day though. I spend around 150k on those day....
Guess this is the reason why my money just "disappeared" at the end of the week.
